Pricing questions
Is there a setup fee?
Each plan has a once-off build fee that covers the full technical setup, WhatsApp API provisioning, and custom sequence build. After that, a lower monthly retainer keeps everything running, optimised, and supported.
What counts as a lead?
A lead is any contact that enters a Flowmation sequence in a given month. Leads that re-enter a sequence in the same month are not double-counted.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at the start of any billing month. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
Are WhatsApp message costs included?
Twilio messaging costs are billed separately at cost. We provide a transparent breakdown each month — typical costs range from R 0.15 to R 0.40 per conversation depending on volume.
Is there a minimum contract?
Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. We're confident in the results — you stay because it works, not because you're contractually obligated.
